What are essential Analytics tools for Mobile App MVP

I am launching my mobile business mobile app in a few weeks and I am curious what are the essential Analytics tool that indie hackers include in their V1 products.

I am thinking of starting with Firebase Analytics, and I have worked on products that use Segments to pipe events to many destinations. If you have used any Analytics or basic CRM tools that are affordable or have a generous free tier please share.
