What are examples of successful consumer indie projects that never received investments?
Especially interested in hearing the non-SaaS business model out there. How did you manage the growth of your users at no cost, what is your business model? How long before the volume became big enough to be sustainable? etc.

wow, i didn't know about it. Super cool! I want to hear more about that story and hear about the timeline from idea, to first revenue and to finally being able to pay a salary! seems like the revenue is by advertising the insurance, co-living or co-working spaces the nomads need.
