What are some business ideas for developing countries? (Africa)

My family is from Senegal in West Africa. The country has made a lot of progress since I was there in 2008. Was wondering what would be some great ideas to start not only there but in Africa? Was planning a trip in the coming months to see family after COVID slows down and see what problems I come across or what I notice people struggle with and come up with ideas. Any suggestions?
