This is the 2nd edition of learning from failures
Let's celebrate failures & grow.
If you ask about me then my biggest failure is not launching projects I made. I always want to make them perfect and feature-loaded.
So just take an idea, make the first version of it in <= 24hours and launch.
Yea, same here. I am a programmer and a nerd. Spend a very long time building things, then lose the energy and focus for the launch (marketing, outreach, sales, self-promotion). All that is very exhausting for an introvert, so if you're the same, don't worry, just find a bit more strength and energy and just go for it! Didn't get much interest in the initial cold emails, mentions, so I got discouraged. Just now realizing this.
Took me 2 years to build, LOL:
https://besta.domains - domain suggestions (AI text generator) and search
https://wordio.co - best English language thesaurus (with sentiment analysis)
Now before marketing that well, I already moved on to the next thing. Haha.
https://techy.tools - not much now, but will be a Notion.so to website generator, and the best directory/blog about online tools and resources
Cool :)
It's quite funny but it's the same for me. I've got ideas of products (one for 3 years now) and having been able to make a quick launch. So my motivation decrease and I don't work on it anymore, then time goes by…
So right now I'm taking a step aside and force myself to work short iterations and go public.
It's quite comfortable to know I'm not alone :)
