Hi guys, could you tell us what are your 2 biggest problems in building or running your startup right now? We would like to offer any help we have to make your journey easier and more successful.
2 biggest problems:
Time, I need more time.
Focus, I need to focus.
Knowledge, I need to figure out how to market and sell.
My full-time job. Right now, what I am doing is not really scalable, and the only way to scale it is by creating an agency. I work as a digital strategist, and I can only do so much weekend work. I have a nice backlog of clients, though, so I might refer them to my friends for some nice commission.
Otherwise, I also have a hard time motivating myself to do stuff. Writing is not easy, even for writers, like myself. Filling up an empty page with words is intimidating even when I've been doing this for a while,
