What are the best guides out there for a beginner learning Javascript/Python?

Hoping to get a steer on what you all think are the best guides for teaching a complete beginner Javascript or Python. I come across lots of beginners looking to learn for various applications and I'd love to point them to a few fantastic resources

    Youtube is a great resource. There's Travesy Media javascript playlist https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLillGF-RfqbbnEGy3ROiLWk7JMCuSyQtX
    I learned a lot of javascript from that channel.
