What are the best places to advertise a SaaS blog?

I took a look at your blog.

Some general things:

1. Promotion in communities (like reddit) won't be easy. Your posts target very specific topics and only bring value to people who specifically search for such a solution. Also, your posts promote only your own product - hence it doesn't surprise me, that your reddit posts are getting deleted (likely not because you don't have karma).
2. Remember that your blog is only one month old. Don't expect too much.

Your strategy must be SEO:
Since your posts are so narrow (topic-wise), your best bet will be SEO. But you need to learn some stuff about SEO.

1. The content of your competition is much more detailed. For example, for the keyword "free screen recorder without watermark" your competition wrote between 1300 and 2500 words. Your post only has about 120 words.
2. Your post is missing tons of important keywords, including: video, capture, mac, windows, editing, software... and so on.
3. Your images don't use alt-tags.
4. I am sure there is more... ;-)

About Google search console:
Google often tests new content to see if the search results receive traffic. If you get impressions but no clicks, you need to check your meta description. Check out the top listings for your keyword and create a similar meta title and description for your content.

Tip:
Take "RecordJoy Blog" out of your title and description. It is not relevant for somebody who is searching your keyword.
