What are the best ways to build B2B Lead Lists for SMBs?

Anyone I should talk to or any online resources you can point me to?
We build our company lists through Datafox. It allows us to pull lists by industry, funding, revenue etc. Great tool
For building contacts off of that - there are a number of different routes. The good way; is to advertise against those companies (eg linkedin), and the less white hat option is to have an outsourcer build the email list (via tools like LeadIQ).

Wanted to let you know that I've found a pretty interesting company called DashDash (https://dashdash.com/) that I think is going to meet my needs, and pretty affordably. Thought I would pass along to you as well. It's kind of like Zapier for a spreadsheets person.
