What are the best ways to find expired domains?
Buying domains that are expiring or pending delete seems to be one of the best ways for hackers to save time and money when starting a business.

I wondered if there were any other resources that I could use?

There's a number of sites for expired domains; the best, in my humble opinion, is probably the one you have already found - expireddomains.net.
Another which is quite fun, though a little temperamental at times is https://www.expired-domains.co/
Most other public expired domain sites are just a hustle sadly.

I found expireddomains.net to be unnecessarily complicated and some of the data to be inaccurate. expired-domains.co looks good, though.
