What are the craziest ideas you ever had 🤔? I don't care about if it's possible to do with the current technology or if it's complicated because it involved thousands of people.

probably to get hired at a company just because i had a really good idea for that company and wanted to build it on the side and do the bare minimum on the job i was hired for. I didn't do this but its a "crazy idea" i have for a couple of companies. I made the mistake of mentioning one of my ideas to one of those companies in an interview and i've been worried they are secretly they are gonna build it without me. lol crazy right?
well, I do thing you should not have fear or be scared to share your ideas. People is used to do not share the ideas because they think other people will develop them, but they won't do it.
The difference between a good project or not, is the execution, everyone has ideas ^^that's something I've learned. The idea per se has no value, the value is given by the execution of a plan that end up achieveing that idea.

Ignoring just the difficulty of technical implementation, made easier with the advent of blockchain, there are other multiple issues like ethics. What happens this prediction market doesn't merely predict events, but what if a mass shooter could profit off of his mayhem?
yes... I gues there'll be a lot of ethic problems.
We already have them in the current situation, I can't imagine in the one you exposed... most of the human being are selfish and don't have ethics.
