What are the free alternatives to 1password?
Hi everyone,
I used 1password for a while to store my properties files and relevant webapp files. I dont use it as a password manager. Its a great product, but I am an impoverished graduate student, dont think the monthly costs are justified, are there any free alternatives??? Particularly to store certain files.
EDIT: I want to store files (certificates, properties, settings, ssh-keys) in the cloud with a good UI (folders etc) without having to pay for it. The total storage might take less than 1gb.
bitwarden.com looks like a good alternative for now.

I use https://keepassxc.org and store the DB in Dropbox so it syncs to all my devices. It is Open Source and works perfect, even for 2FA. Supper happy with it, specially knowing no one has my passwords other than Dropbox(optional).
Big fan of bitwarden. Recently ported over to it, highly recommend it. If you want to store files though, it seems you'd need to get premium. Premium is $10 a year from what I understand.
Keepass is still the best alternative for password management out of the cloud
https://www.lastpass.com/ (but not sure you can store files. But you can store all your pwd)
Note : don't always think that free is a good/better solution, because if it's free, don't sure you get support, not sure they have the team & infrastructure to do everything. Especially for service to store password.
Free alternative : google drive (sheet,...) and/your computer
