⚖️ What are the odds Disney files a lawsuit against me?
All the art is ORIGINAL and paid for, it was created by an artist i found on 99Deigns (kids amazing, DM me for contact info).
The big scary monster 🧟♂️ in the closet for me is... will Disney care?

I don't get why you took elon musk and baby yoda in the first place. To demonstrate your app, wouldn't it be smarter to use regular people?

You might be in trouble because Disney owns the rights to the Baby Yoda character, but i think unless your app blows up in users, disney won't notice it

So in order to keep a trademark, the brand CANNOT ALLOW anyone at all to violate it. In order to keep people from violating it, they have to search for violations. So if this video is in any way discoverable, I'd count on a cease and desist headed your way.
Legal issues aside, I find the trademark and celebrity references to distract from the point of explaining the product to me.
The definition of original artwork is that it does not copy or largely reference existing works. It was 100% obvious that was Baby Yoda from the start. It's unlikely Disney would notice unless you go viral but why risk it when the Baby Yoda adds almost no value to the product pitch?

they pay you for 10 dollars for starwars pub ... then you have to pay back 10 dollars for permission to use starwars images like ... free pub to them LOL :)
I see nothing free in that, while dollars are involed. It's simply a chain reaction, as often saw in marketing and publicity. Still not free. Free is free, 0 costs involved.
