so you think everyone who is in the market now, will be there forever and will never be replaced?
No, for sure not. But it would take for the incumbents to make a gigantic mistake for it to happen. Unlike in the movies, slip ups just doesn't happen by 'chance' so unless there is something so completely different from how it is being done now, then no. They will not be replaced. Even companies like Takeaway (which restaurants already dislike) are still thriving and are expected to grow even more.
