What are the risks with this site that's cloning our content?

Some of our high ranking content is being cloned.

Original content:
https://ramptshirts.com/blog/2018/11/23/how-much-does-a-hoodie-weigh

Cloned content:
https://findanyanswer.com/goto/266

In fact, it's more accurate to say that they've just embedded our whole site in theirs, as as you can navigate around our site from there while staying on their URL. You can even get to checkout, all while staying on their site.

It looks like they're trying to build a legit service, but are doing it partially off the back of others content. This particular piece has the Featured Snippet on Google for the question "How much does a hoodie weigh?"

Normally I'd send them an immediate take-down, but I'm wondering if there are any potential benefits? Or is it all just down-side?

The clone also ranks top for the search term even if the snippet links to your site.

I don't see any upsides, downsides range from your customers getting wrong impression of your brand from a subpar site to malicious exploitation of them.
