what are the steps for product succeed?

I would like to create a product, i already have experience creating products but as a developer i know create and keep the product running on prod.

Maybe that is a big problem for some create and developer the product, however as a full-stack developer the problem for me is before develop the prduct and after when the product is on prod

i launched some products like a lyrics search, I want Pizza (Uber eats) for pizzas in 2012 but without success and others ....

But i think before building a product we have some steps before like:

1. Business model
2. canvas
   .....

that's is not clearly for me and a few years ago i stoped create products and start to learn how build products and i learned two things:

1. you could follow all steps for creating a product like create a business plan, canvas and others resources for planning the project and the product fails

2 .you could just start developing without any plan and launch the product in prod and a lot of people starts using and the product launch like a rocket without any plan or strategy

However in my opinion i think is essential follow the basics steps below for achieve the success

1. business plan
2. canvas
3. find a sponsor
4. development (mvp1,mvp2....
5. market budget
6. release mvp 1
7. use crm tools (hubspot, intercom...)

that is some steps i have in my mind for the success of a product, as i'm saying i think we have much more steps, please contribute and share with the community your experienced steps to success...
