I'm curious what tools you are all using that are essential to the success of your business. More importantly, how did choose those specific tools over its competitor. For example, if Trello is your project management tool of choice, what thought process did you go through to make that decision over the several other options?
Having previously worked with an IT organization. I was in the sales and marketing team. The most important tool was a mobile app to capture the lead that our team had developed from DronaHQ ( https://www.dronahq.com/sales-lead-management-app/ ). The mobile app enabled the team to capture lead from multiple sources like - web, email, etc and scoring them thus, helped us to convert that lead to our prospective customers. The app enabled the team with great lead conversion tools like customized email templates and advanced analytics for lead tracking.
