Many, many people have made small fortunes off of content businesses.
Definitely newsletters/blogs right? I don't code either, and that was my idea for thegoodstartup.com on how to make an impact online without knowing how to code, but there are so many cool ones out there that are doing really well too!

I'm currently making a SaaS product with a freemium subscription model. I'm using Bubble with Stripe.
A few other no code makers I've seen seem to be monetizing tutorials and communities around no code.
