I’m working on https://adapted.fit - a marketplace for trainers to build and sell their workout plans. I’m still in the phase of validating my idea (0 lines of code written atm)

    1. 1

Have you done any consumer research or user testing yet?

      1. 1

I've had discussions with athletic trainers. Doing my best to adhere to the "Mom Test" instead of pitching and expecting them to say "that's a great idea. let me know when it's ready".

        1. 1

Makes a lot of sense. Platforms tailored towards allowing creators to monetize their audience are really popular right now.

    2. 1

Good idea validating your idea first, before publishing.

      Did you had any signup?

    3. 1

Also in the process of validating my idea. What are you doing to validate your idea?

      1. 2

So far, I set up a landing page with email signup form (https://adapted.fit). I’m going to purchase some IG story ads and see if I get signups.

        What about you dude?

        1. 1

I've always made the mistake of building something before talking to anyone, so trying to speak to potential users first this time.

      1. 2

You submit your project and email. Every day one of the projects is picked randomly and sent to everyone

        1. 2

That is very Clever, subscribed. :)

  2. 3

I have a paid newsletter/community for community builders at rosie.land

I also run a small indie community where you get kicked for not participating - https://twitter.com/indiependenthq

    1. 1

A community where you get kicked out for inactivity sounds fun. 😂

      1. 2

It actually is. Not everyone lasts, but the people who want to be there show up. It's the best thing as a community builder.

I'm building a learning app called Learning Loop that helps you become 10x better at the things you care about, by exposing you to insights from the top 1% of learners in that domain.

it helps you get answers that you're not looking for, ask the questions that you're not currently asking, and learn the skills that you didn't know existed, but when you see them you can't unsee them :D
    https://learningloop.org/

for example, if you're a founder, you can join the Learning Loop for founders and find founder-curated insights, neatly organised and tags in categories like fundraising, product, sales, hiring, etc., with filters like fundraising stage, region, industry, founder experience level (first-time founder, 2nd time, 3+ time founder).
    https://app.learningloop.org/loop/founders

we're very early stage and are looking for contributors and feedback <3

    Hi @dpertsin and everyone 👋

My brother and I have just launched our scalable cloud graph database SurrealDB in public open beta (completely free to use)! We've been working on this for a number of years, and are completely bootstrapped.

The first beta version supports a large amount of functionality, with the ability to run in a highly-available, highly-scalable distributed environment. A highly-performant query language enables use of many different data types, and embedded JavaScript functions can be used for more complex functions and triggers.

We wanted to create a database that people didn't have to manage, so they could focus on building applications, not the infrastructure. We wanted users to be able to use schema-less and schema-full data patterns effortlessly, a database to operate like a relational database (without the JOINs), but with the same functionality as the best document and graph databases. And with security and access permissions to be handled right within the database itself. We wanted users to be able to build modern real-time applications effortlessly - right from Chrome, Edge, or Safari. No more complicated backends.

    We welcome any feedback/users/testers/comments/hackers - https://surrealdb.com!

My brother and I have just released cancelo.io - customizable cancelation flows to reduce customer churn.

If you think Cancelo can provide value to your product, please do reach out to us and we will let you use it for free for as long as you want in exchange for feedback and suggestions on what we could do to make you pay for it eventually.

Hi I'm Ruben, I've been helping saas startups in Lanzadera, the biggest business accelerator in Europe. After identifying the problems that saas startups had I created this product about saas analytics:
    https://nextscenario.com/saas-analytics-tool/

    Glad to receive your feedback.

    1. 1

I like this as an idea, how does this go?

      Do customers find it useful?

      1. 2

Right now, I have around 60 users and 4 paid customers without any campaign

  9. 2

Congrats on the release @dpertsin ! If you would be interested (and others with their projects as well!), you can publish your product also on my website Userdome.com and get more attention to your product.

    1. 1

      Thank you.

      Who doesn't want attention? 😂

      Don't mind if I do.

  10. 2

Currently I'm more or less working on two projects at the same time. 😅

    1. https://menetrend.xyz - A Social Meida Management Service
    2. https://upmock.io - A screenshot service that turns your screenshots into beautiful mockups.
    1. 1

Congrats on working on 2 projects at the same time!

hahahahaha I really like your testimonial from Elon Musk.

  11. 2

    Hey makers,
We are building a Styletyx - a shopping assistant based on AI & ML which makes the process of online apparel shopping smart and simple. We collect discounted products that can be delivered to you from all over the world, choosing the best ones according to all your preferences.
    styletyx.com

    1. 2

      Wow, that sounds interesting...

    2. 1

What part of the build phase are you in?

      1. 1

I'm from Russia, but as you know, Russia is done. We had 25 000 users in our app. Now I don't want to do anything in Russia because of the war.
Therefore, we decided to repeat our product on the US market.
        Let's see what happens.

Now the stage - almost finished product, but it takes a couple of weeks before the official launch.

        1. 1

Are you anticipating significant changes to your voice, tone, and messaging now that you are targeting the US market?

            1. 1

How does the Russian consumer market differ from the US consumer market?

              1. 1

the fashion market in Russia is more structured and less solvent. Also, the US market is more spoiled.

But the funny thing is that the design of 70% of the fashion stores sites is terrible. It's like it's from the 90s.

  12. 2

I'm working on a CRM system that is focused on reducing churn and help monitor stable growth to help founders through their entire journey from finding market fit to help making their financials look good

    1. 1

How this is going on? Did you start coding?

      1. 1

I have, but not currently the main priority. right now im trying to launch the landing page and make it look decent lol, so I can further validate before I go full on

right now its about a 80/20 split between my time

        1. 1

Do you need help with your landing page?

  13. 2

Get ready for some unsolicited advice from me in 3...2...1...

    Niche down!!!!

There are so many social media managements tools out there. Like SOOO MANY. As @csallen always says on the podcast, there's nothing wrong with a crowded market, but you need to be able to bring some sort of unique value to that market.

    You described your product:

SocialViraly is the PERFECT Social Media Management Tool, you can connect your Social Channels and post to all the Social Platforms at once through SocialViraly, fast-easy and with insightful Analytics.

And honestly that's a SUPER vague description. Maybe try being good at one really specific thing about social media management. Some examples (not saying these are good examples, but at least they're more specific):

    • The best scheduling tool for TikTok
    • A social media management tool you can use over SMS
    • A social tool that makes it easy to auto generate new content based on old content
    • The no-setup analytics tool

    etc etc

    Good luck!!!

    1. 1

Thank you so much for your feedback.

I will try to be more specific next time and on my website.

  14. 2

I’m building OpsYogi https://www.OpsYogi.com a system to find and prevent cloud misconfiguration and provide recommendations for cloud best practices, patterns, and security.

    1. 1

I have 0 knowledge of cloud configs, so no comments. 😂

  15. 2

A website with informations about RISKS, DANGERS and THINGS/PLACES TO AVOID in a tourist town.

    1. 1

      ✅✅ Yes, please.

  16. 2

    My team and I are currently building a community-curated daily tech newsletter. Here's a draft - https://curatingdaily.beehiiv.com/p/24-start-new-country-9b72

    1. 2

There are a lot of daily tech newsletters, how are you going to compete.

      1. 1

Thanks for the question. Our differentiator is community curation. We believe we are capable of building a network of reputable people to curate our content. As partners, these curators will share us with their audiences, creating a flywheel. The higher the quality/quantity of the network, the more enticing the newsletter. Sure, there's lots of tech newsletters, but few actually stand out. We believe that this differentiator will help us do so.

  17. 2

A platform where influencers can create their profile to receive & answer questions from their audience. 🚀

    1. 1

I don't know about it, there is a feature on instagram story.

But, you know better so if you think this will be a good idea, then GO FOR IT!

  18. 2

I am working on a tool that standardizes, tests, and deploys technical documentation to guarantee that the content never goes out of date (https://docploy.com).

    1. 1

      Are you building this alone?

  19. 2

Every developer wants to master 1. Coding Interviews 2. Latest tech and data 3. Monetize side projects. Building a tutorial website with focus on above topics.
    https://tipseason.com/

    1. 1

      Wow, nice.

Do you write all the content by yourself?

Maybe, in the future, it would have an option for someone to submit their own coding interview or side project, from his own experience.

      1. 1

As now of now, Yes. Since I am seeing huge response among my subscribers, I am working on adding features similar to what you mentioned. Hoping to launche them soon. Thank you so much for the feedback & suggestion.

    1. 1

Just WOW, how much time did it take you to do all these TinyTools?

  20. 2

Working on arouund. A platform for community managers to look after their community and events. https://arouund.com

    1. 1

Nice, is this only for Android and ios or for the web too?

and When are you going to launch?

      1. 2

for both iOS and Android :)

  21. 2

A text-only frontend for playing music from YouTube

    1. 1

Have you started it or are you planning to create it?

  22. 2

I'm building MailDigest.net, helps to read newsletters while keeping a clean inbox.
I'm currently also working on a booksite for founders, not launched yet, but building it in public https://twitter.com/_smanna/status/1550468509615865856

    1. 1

      What is Maildigest?

I create an email with this for the newsletters?

      I don't understand.

      1. 2

Yes you get an email with which you can signup to the newsletters. And you'll get a weekly email with those newsletters in a single mail.

  23. 2

Micro SaaS Ideas - Get access to hundreds of profitable Micro SaaS ideas, deep-dive reports on various niches, community for Pro subscribers and Founder Interviews to get you access to founder insights

    1. 2

It is a good idea, with a very cool design.

The only change I would do is on the font size on the hero heading, try to make it from h1 to h2 heading. It is more smooth. If you don't want to change the tag for SEO purposes then change the font size to 36px.

11000+ Subs that's really impressive, how did you do it?

  24. 2

I'm working on notioncommerce.com. As the name suggests, it's an e-commerce builder based on Notion.

    1. 3

Whoa this is such a good, idea and must not be easy to execute technically. How's the response so far ?

      1. 2

The response is great so far from Notion lovers. Got a few people joined the waitlist.
Will start doing private demos pretty soon. Can't wait to see how they respond after seeing the product 😅

    2. 2

This is new to me for notion.

Damn, how did you even come up with this idea?

Can't someone really buy, with checkout on this?

Aren't you worried that there is Shopify or other eCommerce platforms?

      1. 2
        • I and my team has been using Notion for the past couple of years and we really are a fan of the product. Now recently we needed an eCommerce store to sell some of our merchandise. Even though there are many options like WordPress, and Shopify to get the job done, We really wanted to use a tool that we already use (like Notion/Spreadsheet) as making the team comfortable with a new tool is expensive as e-commerce is not our primary business!

        • Yeap they can.

        • Nope. Shopify has a large ecosystem which is suitable for most stores but notioncommece is a very niche product for Notion lovers like me.

        1. 2

Nice, I hope this will workout for you.

  25. 2

A Micro SaaS Agency to build SaaS products (as a way to promote my lowcode builder neuman.so). I'm helping people build their SaaS in 1-3 months.

P.S. Socialviraly looking really good. Did someone scale their traffic to 10K with it? Impressive

    1. 2

I really like your website, it is clean, simple and different. I haven't seen any design like this before. You did a great job.

Yes, it was one of my old customers, and we scaled his business with this exact platform. With the Content Recommendations feature that we have, he could jump on every trend and grow his traffic to 10K.

  26. 1

I am currently working on https://deepertalk.co - an online card game to find a deep conversation starter. Would love to hear the feedback!

    1. 1

      I quite like this!

It's simple and seems to be effective to get good conversation starters that aren't small talk but not too personally invasive.

Edit: I really like how it's laid out, it's intuitive too. Tap the text for a new one, or tap the button. Nothing else on the screen to distract either.

      1. 1

Thank you mate, I appreciate the feedback 😁
