What are you experiences with working out?

To act on Y Combinator’s advice on making something people want, a friend and I are working on a startup in the health and wellness space, specifically regarding exercising. We’re on a quest to identify people’s experience when it comes to working out, whether you’re part of a gym or jumping jacks in your back garden is your thing. We would love to hear your biggest pain points when it comes to exercising, and any ideas you may have that would improve your experience.

Asking people to complete surveys is not easy! Especially when you are an early stage startup with £0. We can’t promise anything in return, but we will take on board your submissions to build a product you will both want and love. We will also keep in touch to share our progress with you so you will be a part of our journey.

    Hi!
This is sound amazing if you take into account the people who don't have much experience with gym.
For example, I always have pain to find the right program for me. It seems everything on the web is for people who know what they are doing at the gym. And nothing for a complete newbie. Eventually I'm getting back to the running where I know something and don't do any exercise.
Another pain is the lack of the equipment. Most of the programs don't have alternative exercise. So you ended up in gym where they only have 1 of 6 equipment listed in the program and don't know how to replace them.
