What are you MOST focused on improving these days?

Hey fellow founders/hackers!

Just curious, what are you most focused on improving on a day-to-day or week-to-week basis recently?

Can be anything, doesn't have to be business related... some examples are:

  1. Business skills (marketing, sales, etc.)
  2. Soft skills (communication, presentation, charisma, etc.)
  3. Technical skills (coding, design, analytics, etc.)
  4. Nutrition/fitness
  5. Relationship/dating/family
  6. Learning new languages

Balance in life. I've found that, without it, there's not much else worth trying to improve upon.

Balance in life too. I'm not trying to be the best one in one thing in particular, but someone who have a correctly life balanced.

I'm not working all day, only 4 hours per day.
      I do exercise.
I keep contact with friends and family daily.
      I try eat healthy...
And finally, take advantage of my money

Edit: I forgot, I'm doing meditation these days, be present my friend

    1. Waking up at the same time. Never hitting snooze.

    2. Not checking phone / gadgets after waking up. Only doing so after meditating, exercising, and journaling a recap of yesterday + my plan for the day.

    3. Doing 1 and 2 every single day.

    1. Health - I had brutal experience with COVID-19.
    2. Relationships - They add meaning and flavor to life.
    3. Business - Being incapable of working showed me the importance of leverage, aka passive income. It's the main thing now.

Business skills is at the top my list right now.

I used to be stubborn not to leave my area of expertise, which is programming. I loved making software so much. I still do. But I realized I won't have the way of living if I kept selling my time to companies and clients. So I started building stuff for my own. I am lucky to have my cousin (@aktasoguzhan) interested in business and marketing. He does the heavy lifting on business decisions and actions, I contribute as much as I can.

It's now funny to me how coding is a very tiny percentage of having a business. There is marketing, business strategies, legal, accounting and who knows what else out there to have your business rolling. We sure have a lot to learn.
