What are you using to organize all the research that you are doing for your newsletter?

I am thinking of starting a newsletter and have been exploring a few ideas, and now I have like gazillion tabs open. I am finding it hard to be organized. I am using notion to save some of these links but I don't have a good enough framework to make sense of the data I am collecting there either. I was using pinboard.in 10 or so years ago but haven't used a booking marking app in a while because if it out of sight, it is out of mind for me. How is everyone solving this problem. Would appreciate any insights! thanks!

I’ve had the same problem with too many tabs. I’ve found it easier to keep one simple place for links, with a few basic categories and a short note on why I saved each one. That way, it’s much easier to come back later instead of having a huge list of random bookmarks.

I have been writing my newsletter around Micro SaaS Ideas for 2 years to 25K subs, I pretty much run everything from Google Sheets, Notion and Substack. If I need some drawling board, I use Excalidraw.
