This month (and currently), I am re-writing Album Daily (www.albumdaily.com) to hopefully gain more conversions. It will be more obvious that it is a newsletter, and invite the users to sign up on the home page.

I'm working on the public launch of my Sales for Founders course!
Right now, I'm putting the finishing touches to the content with my early access participants, and then need to focus on getting the landing page, onboarding etc all ready for a late November launch. 👷♀️

November goal is to get sourcespy.com (source code documentation engine) listed on GitHub marketplace. That requires getting 100 customers thru other channels (direct email, seo, social) - tall order, but doable. Wish me luck!!!

Sorry, I did not get my answer even on the previous post. Still unclear, so I would probably be hesitant to pay.
Let me explain a bit.
The current client we are managing server is hosted on Digitalocean and they use Nginx and MySQL. And it's a CMS website based on Magento.
I have to make sure is the server is always up. And the problem we face like MySQL goes down, logs pile up and many more. So we wrote scripts to make sure everything is in order or we catch it before it happens again.
One script may not apply on every server but we are finding common problems. and automating them.
And my client is non-technical.
Now it is more clear and makes sense. There is value to it. You probably want to describe it on your website for people like me. Good luck!

I'm starting a tool for personal budgeting. The impetus is coming from personal use cases. Mainly, I'm not satisfied with the UX of various existing solutions, and the fact that none of the existing apps can automatically sync with N26 and Revolut accounts.

Great. Do you have idea of how you might distinguish the product from similar products (other than better UX and integration)?
Great question. One thing I'm considering is being very opinionated. I.e. do things in a certain (simple) way, and reduce the number of choices (cognitive load) for the user.
I think a lot of the budgeting products out there are too powerful for their own good. They're just one step above a spreadsheet - "here is a streamlined UI for a dozen tasks you might want to do". They facilitate what you already want to do, but they're not really helping you figure out what that might be in the first place.
For a person who has little-to-no experience in managing their finances, I think it can be daunting to go from 0 to 1. Potential analysis-paralysis inducing factors:
So I think a tool that is opinionated, could be helpful with easing people into budgeting.
I'm not yet completely sure what that might look like, but some things I'm considering:
Of course, this could backfire. Maybe people who are into managing their personal finances are already the type of people who want to be in perfect control/tweak every little aspect. So we'll see.

Does make sense and I agree that majority of products I saw were overly complicated. As a thought, I'm thinking budgeting problem is very similar to "I'm going to start exercising" problem. Everybody starts it but not many people last. I think retention will be your most difficult problem to solve.

That sounds promising! Personally, I've been using YNAB. It works well for sync'ing with many financial institutions in the USA, but when I recommended it to a friend in Australia, I immediately realized that the direct import sync'ing options are quite limited (read: none) for those with financial institutions outside the USA. You may be on to something here.
Engaging with people you don't know - and especially to solicit feedback, which can be hard to hear at times - is definitely an uphill climb for me too. Keep at it!

This month I continue my work on abrocket.io. After I have the first 20 subscribers on my waitlist, I want to start the closed beta phase by the end of the month to get valuable feedback from the users.
I also want to shift my activities more from development to marketing. Currently I have a prelaunch LP and would like to go online with a "real" website until December.

Launched mylinkpreview (https://mylinkpreview.com). A ReSTful API that returns link preview embedding and links data such as: is_url_safe, favicon, thumbnails, title/description, etc. Our goal for now is to ask clients and see what they think about our service.

I had one, and while it was too ambitious for the resources I currently have, it was excellently validated when I stumbled upon it already well-implemented as Snipe-IT.
I'm working on onboarding the first users into the Sitesauce beta while I fix small bugs and prepare for the public release!

Woah, one a week? What's the process behind achieving that?
We'll be writing more about our process soon, but at a high level, what we've built with Saasify is a vehicle that allows us to launch SaaS products and iterate on them extremely quickly by taking care of all the boilerplate and non-differentiating factors across SaaS products such as billing, accounts, documentation, legal, marketing, landing page, etc.
All we really need to do to launch another SaaS product is wrap their core functionality in a TS wrapper, add some basic JSON config for logos, CTAs, etc, and test. We have a pipeline of several hundred SaaS products in the works that we'll be releasing over the coming months.
imho way too many makers put all their eggs into one basket and inevitably fail to find product / market fit. One of our core goals with Saasify is to make it as easy as possible to test out P/M fit with a bunch of different ideas quickly and learn from the real market with real products.
This month I started my new project: https://hellogoodlife.app . Its design to be a "life manager" of sorts. I know there is some already out there that do this but this just means there may be a market for it. Plus I don't really think the ones out there are designed to be simple and user friendly.
My November goal is to develop https://turnup.events into what I can call a real product. It's still very early stage right now as you can probably tell, and we have zero customers, although we're already in talks to secure our first events.

This sounds like a good plan. How are you going to source your target market to begin with? Your own network or cold emailing/calling people you discover?
I don't have an established network within these target markets. But I think it's fairly easy to find individuals online who would fit the profile. And then, from there, cold emails. I just have to be careful about not being or appearing to be spammy. I'll also limit my search to a small geographical range, to make it easier for in-person feedback meetings if it comes to that.
Interesting. Have you built any SaaS products before? As opposed to the consumer market, it seems like one where it would be possible to get financial commitment before having a product built

This month will add the Assets Management feature, which is related with the ticketing and contracts module.
