I'm working on transforming an existing website/online magazine/publication/community that I started in 2016 which had 25k unique visitors/mo, 64k instagram followers, 2.6mio posts under its hashtag (zero in 2016), a Discourse with 2.4k members, a Slack with 1.6k users, events in Europe etc... into a membership driven publication (self-sustaining money wise, with a minimal amount of ads). It's related to photography.
Finishing up the site redesign for https://albumdaily.com which will include a weekly newsletter option instead of just daily!
