Scaling Straia : https://straia.com, a virtual incubator to help the most startups and founders possible :)
Looks good @Rifal ... not yet experienced a powerful virtual co-working space, but the possibilities are massive (without the overhead of real estate!!!).
Good luck.
Have you ever tried a virtual co-working space before?
What would be the ideal virtual space for you?
Yes, tried a couple.
Hard to say what ideal would be ... but I've found the ones I tried lacking in energy. The best real-life co-working space have energy. Energy is hard to generate across the web, but not impossible I think. This is a problem that the best virtual co-working spaces will solve.
Could you name some of the places you tried, so that I deep dive to see what I should improve?
Also, by energy, do you mean that there was not enough "animation"? I was thinking about creating a newsletter and animating a twitter to create a kind of ecosystem around the founders working at Straia.
No, by energy I mean energy :-)
The best events, conferences, sports games, workplaces, co-work spaces etc. all have a special atmosphere. This is energy.
Energy is difficult to transfer to online. Not impossible, but difficult.

I tried Ultraworking -- https://www.ultraworking.com/ -- and one other that I can't remember the name. They were quite good (much better than being stuck alone at home!) but overall I didn't find the energy strong enough to convince me to stick around. Ali Abdaal (YouTuber) hosted co-working in his Zoom room for a few months while he was working on his book, and it was excellent. Just a simple Zoom webinar link, he hosted, every hour he unmuted, invited some comments or questions, and then muted mic again for another 60 minutes. People got down to work. It was productive.
Nice! Do you have some marketing KPIs for this week?
Publish the first post, on the first blog, on indie.io
It'll be an intro post for building a blogging platform in public โ a blog about making a blogging platform, published on said blogging platform.
I'm aiming to make it a bi-weekly ritual to post about progress and metrics ๐
Looks amazing! good luck with your product
Wow! You are the beast. Good luck
Hi guys. Made https://linkong.team/ a couple of weeks ago. Now I realized that this is a stillborn project, but I'll try to publish it on a couple of sites, maybe someone will like the project.
It was the first try. Experience gained, lessons learned. I'm starting the second project today - I hope it will be better than the first.
I think this could have potential with proper integrations and could be useful in the context of intranets. The problem I see with the idea is: are people paying money for this problem? Is it worth spending money on? I.e. if you have confluence, why not simply have a page to gather the most important links on the home page of a space.
I hope my unsolicited is not over the line. Keep at it! Do you have an idea meat grinder?
Indeed, I took on a problem that people don't pay for. Another lesson learned, thank you very much :)
Hey @saasblood ... I'm taking a leaf out of the "act before you ask" methodology. I had a look at the Linkong site and made you a quick site review of UX and copy. Hope it's helpful. (and if not, please ignore!)

Hey @MrShaneBrez. This is really cool, thanks a lot. You have no idea how valuable this is to me. I will take into account all the tips in the future project, with them it will certainly be better :)
Happy to hear it :-) Great design and great copy make everything come alive (in my experience!). Good luck in your future projects.
Shane
Wow, you are the best!
You are already cooler than 95% of people. Keep it up
Post my first thread on Twitter. For almost 8 years now, I've been building things in a vacuum. Want to start documenting it all and reflect on the things I have built, good and bad.
Awesome!
For vitaely.me:

Great goal! You got this
Thanks @kronop
I just started my Freelancer journey. My goal this week is to have my first sale on Fiverr.
Good luck, @marky_m. Have recently been dipping my toe in Upwork. It's a journey :-) What services do you provide?
Thanks @MrShaneBrez. I currently have two services available.
The first is to provide investor leads. This gig focuses on Active Angel Investors, Private Investors, Venture Capital, and Investment Firms that are either directly involved in your sector or identify as an industry agnostic and trust their funds to an entrepreneur.
The second is to provide 100 ways how to sell your art online. So if you are looking for an alternative to Redbubble, Merch by Amazon, and the Etsy print-on-demand business, this is for you.
What does "investor leads" means?
It's a link to some investor's website? Or is it some warm presentation to an investor?
This sounds as a very nice service and I need more details. Thanks!
Hello @Fabri. I know you will agree that fundraising is an effort-consuming process. My goal is to take a bit of that weight off your shoulders.
Once you tell us a bit more about your project and plans, we will be researching the pool of potential leads. Based on what we find, we will offer you a tailored set of detailed info on the Investors that might be interested in working with you.

The lead list will include such details, as:
250 Investor Leads.
You can view my Fiverr services on this link.
I'm sad to say it but just 2 days ago someone shared here in IndieHackers a database with 38 thousand links and contact information about investors. Many requested it and it was totally free.
Also, there is a huge offer of that same service on Fiverr.
I know you can deliver something that others can't. Offer the extra mile. Contact the investors. Get a reply from them. Follow up just one more email and then hand over to the founder.
There you have a 500 USD service that I, and many others, would be willing to pay.
No problem, thanks for the update @Fabri. I appreciate it a lot.
Big upside to both of those services ... good luck with everything!
Thanks a lot, @MrShaneBrez.
In case you know someone who needs my services. It would mean a lot if you could recommend my services on Fiverr.
Here is the link to my Fiverr profile.
Good luck with that! Hope there will be two of them
Thanks @kronop

Convincing myself that product market fit is just around the corner.
At some point in their careers, every artist considers selling their work. Some of the artistโs personal works will always be in his or her possession, while others may be created for financial gain. However, each piece of work you produce is one-of-a-kind. Every creation created by the artist will include a piece of themselves. They canโt bear the thought of selling their work and passing it on to someone else.
