I should probably start listening to some more technical stuff, but I tend to listen to podcasts while traveling/doing work around the house and probably wouldn't get much out of it :(

My favorites right now in no particular order:

Syntaxfm (web dev topics, lots of front end)

Startups for the rest of us (two devs and originally indie solo founders talking about everything business and development that applies to solo and indie)

Software engineering daily (big meaty interviews every day about specific software topics with experts)

Full stack radio (Adam Wathan teaching and talking about specific web dev ideas)

Does not compute (two devs talking about what they do and how they do it)

DFJ entrepreneurial thought leaders (recordings of tech leaders talking to a Stanford entrepreneurship class)

The changelog (big meaty interviews about open source projects)

Zen founder (one of the startups for the rest of us hosts and his wife who is a psychologist, focuses on mental and emotional health for founders)

The Tim ferris podcast (some of his guests are amazing and topics can be very applicable)

Shop talk (mainly front end dev, but fun and a wide variety of topics)

Some of these have a long history of episodes and I'd really recommend going all the way back. Startups for the rest of us, DFJ in particular.

Less on the technical side, more on the business/social psychology side of things:

• Hidden Brain on NPR - lots of great examples of behavioral economics and how people buy/make decisions/etc
• The Tim Ferriss Show - Tim himself can be hard to listen to sometimes, but his guests are regularly amazing. Do yourself a favor and make sure you listen to people besides the names you recognize.
• The Fridge Light - sort of like 99% Invisible, but focused specifically on the food industry. I've learned a TON from studying how other industries navigate.
• And a plug for my own show, Stacking the Bricks :)

I love the OLDPodcast family, they read a blog-post on specific topics every day, great for the commute:
