I agree, people mostly google some tips and tricks. You have no idea how many guys get a cat or a dog without basic knowledge. So information about feeding, caring, training, and so on is always relevant. You can even touch on the topic of pet grooming or veterinary medicine. As far as I know, some vet techs make $32k/year. About choosing a platform - a website is mostly worse than having an app. People nowadays spend more time on their phones, so quick access to your "project" will be an advantage. Just make sure your UI is not overdone.
