What can you do to help people in remote workspaces feel more connected?

When you're working remotely, it can be difficult to pick up on social cues. So when you see that someone is struggling, it's important to point out the issue.

We are facing isolation,,, and want to help my team and try to build a culture that shares win and have a more fluid conversation.
