What challenges do you face as a saas founder (indie hacker) daily?

I am really curious about your biggest problems. What do you struggle with daily? And how do you resolve them?

    Currently, I'm working on BotMeNot and there are often some technical difficulties that come up, but I manage to resolve all of them.

    Besides that, I'm currently working on devising more ways to incentivize beta users to provide feedback on BotMeNot (and to actually sign up for beta testing in the first place). At the moment, I'm going with offering 100 free bot protection testing credits.

    Also, there are the occasional motivation fluctuations, but I guess that's pretty normal.

      Thank you for your answer. Your product looks cool. Can you tell me which technical difficulties you faced and how you solved them?

      What are your marketing channels to drive new users to your site? What would help you to get more beta users?
