What chat with integrated knowledge base do you use?

We are currently looking for a support chat that can auto suggest resolutions based on user questions.
This knowledge base must also provide a public url that allow to be embedded.
What we want is to allow our users to have a self service portal and/or chat that can provide awnser 24/7 based on those articles.

Actually im already testing helpscount and im really enjoying.
The chat is what we were really looking for, first suggest you to lookup on the knowledge base then allows you to chat.
