I am a Web developer, every day I spend most of the time in the browser. Chrome is my preferred browser, at times I use firefox. Extensions are something I can't live without ๐.
Here I have compiled a list of chrome extensions that I use every day. Let me know If I should try something. If possible share a list like this.
โ Grammarly - Grammar/ spell checker to write better
โ LastPass - Memorizes all my passwords
โ Wappalyzer - Helps me to identify technologies used in a website.
โ Adblock pro - To Blocks annoying ads
โ Pablo - to create images with texts
โ Loom - screen recording & sharing
โ Whatfont - To identify fonts in the website
โ Mailtrack - To track email opens
โ Password checkup - Helping me to avoid password reuse and alert when my password is compromised
โ Vue dev tools - Name says what it does
โ Gmail Unsub - Helping me to unsubscribe email newsletters in a click.
โ remotedesktop - Remote access
โ Phatombuster - To extract data from the web
CLASSIC
Grammarly - essential writing utility, especially for non-native English speakers
Instapaper - thereโs a ton of read later apps out there, Iโve been a die hard fan for years because of great typography on all devices; sometimes I transcode the article to immediately read it in a more readable form
Notion Web Clipper - Switched from Evernote to Notion that carries on the function of being my 2nd brain
LastPass - for remembering passwords for non-frequently used sites and for sharing them with my team
Nimbus Screenshot & Screen Video Recorder - very handy for web screenshots, especially when you need the full-height (the tool automatically stitches bunch of screenshots together)
THE UNUSUAL SUSPECTS
Project Naptha - applies computer vision on images so you can select, copy and translate text thatโs โbakedโ into them
Tablerone - for saving bunch of tabs with a single click so you can create workspaces or build collections of things; it also puts idle tabs into sleep mode to save system resources
Project naptha looks really interesting :) thanks for sharing.

JSONView, Full Page Screen Capture, Webtime Tracker
Am using devtools to take the full page capture.
Json view is awesome thank you :)
Some of what you described already
'Grammarly' to correct my grammar mistakes.
'find website used font' to find out font details for any website if i like its fonts.
'YouTube Enhancer' for better streaming it can block useless adds as well.
'Text to speech' if i wanted to use a tool which can read text for me.
WhatFont is good but another option is Find website used font:
It identifies the fonts used on website and also lets you preview a typed in text of your own in the same font styles as the ones identified from the website or web page.
Another chrome extension I use is Website read progress:
It 's a reading progress bar and has a horizontal or circular shape depending on your preference. It fills up as u continue reading and scrolling down. Lets u know how much of the remaining content is left to read. Super helpful for reading novels webcomics, mangas etc.
