Uclusion is emerging from infancy regarding customer relationship management, and the time has come to get a CRM system. What CRM system do you use for your startup?

Thanks in advance, Ben

Hi, we use NetHunt crm - https://nethunt.com/
As we heavily use G Suite apps, we decided to use Gmail-based CRM system.
It's veery customizable and flexible, we could set it up according to our worflows.
This CRM is really easy to use, and our small team got used to it quickly.
It is also integrated with Linkedin, so it saves a lot of time of our salesperson.

HubSpot! Very rich feature set, awesome customer support, easy to integrate and get started. They have a Startup programme offering a 90% discount for the first year.

Hey. I‘m using for the last year Pipedrive. It‘s a traditional CRM with a sales funnel in the center. What I really appreciate about it is the easy way to get an overview of the current state of your sales processes. You can imagine it like Trello for sales. With some adjustments, we even managed to use it to track payments etc.

Yes, spreadsheet is fine when your customer base is not big, but once it starts growing you feel the limitations and inability to manage everything properly and errors-free.
Before switching to CRM, we used spreadsheets as well.

Well, we had around 100 clients, but we had more incoming leads and we had to communicate with them, follow up on time (remembering all the previous negotiations), nurture, and move them to closure, so it was really hard with the spredsheets.
It's actually time-consuming to aggregate all the information from spreadheets and emails. And if the sales manager changed it was a disaster, literally :)
Much more convenient with the CRM

My threshold is low (about 50), since I have tons of other spreadsheets and like more structured data.
