I’m curious because I’d like to build a developer focused job board that requires these things in every job post. I’d like to make it possible to avoid interview process waste by surfacing the missing details we want in each job post so the interviewer and the interviewee can get down to business in an interview rather than wasting each other’s time.
Here’s mine:
What am I missing? Your opinions and/or thoughts are appreciated!

I don't think you can really answer 'Culture' in some blob that would be university agreed upon and understood...
Methodologies/Philosophies Also people don't really mean the same, even if they say they do agile, I have not found 2 companies that do it the same...
Also, the hours is a good point. Didn’t think of that.
Have you ever seen?

These might be examples of what could be placed in a job post although I agree that capturing the essence of culture is hard.
That list reads very non meaningful to me, some are jargon 90% would mark yes, others are very flexible in their use like diversity is too complex to just be one thing, EQ>IQ could be for example just be get low cost people, they won't be too smart so that would work (I know it's a bit cynical read, but..)
Fair point. Culture is hard to understand until you're in it for a bit.
I like the way you approached explaining the way tech should be highlighted. A Tech Stack does sit on a scale/spectrum in terms of the aspects you described.
This could be a format to capture a company’s use of technology:

Each thing on it has 4 categories
Could these be categories that are applied to the tech. a post highlights?
Mmmm.... Not sure I have good terminology but could have
Trailing, investing, devesting
Cleaner cut and less ambiguous maybe? It's late ..
Interesting
