What did we do to become the #1 Product on Product Hunt?

Hi all!
I launched the Typo app on Product Hunt in February, along with co-founder Kshitij Mohan.
Soon enough, Typo became the #1 Product of the Day, #1 Product of the Week & #2 Product of the Month. This greatly helped us in creating a community, acquiring new leads & basically growing Typo.

When you're launching a product for the first time, you have to do a lot of research. Hence, to save time, I decided to compile & share my learnings from the launch and help fellow entrepreneurs.
