What did you do to get extra streams of income for yourself?

Realized I wanted to help ppl do more with less. Considering what's going on.

I produced an online course and hosted it on Udemy. It pays consistently for years. The platform itself markets my course while my YouTube channel (with sample lessons) refers the other sales. It seems that the key to earning a decent amount of side income from either Udemy or Skillshare is to be prolific (publish a lot of courses) and to pick the right topics with enough demand but not too much supply. Building a YouTube channel in parallel could help with sales too.

Invest into dividend stocks or REITS. But beware to pick big and established companies. However, you start to see some meaningful income when you have more than say $100k invested.

I started hosting live learn-to-code workshops. My first two were free but my third is $50 per person and limited to 10 people. It sold out, too!

A big reason the workshop sold out is because it is part of a larger collection of similar sessions. They are all on iOS development during the try! Swift World online conference.
