The feature you were convinced would unlock growth.
The redesign that didn't move signups.
The integration that took 3 weeks and got used by 2 people.
I think indie hackers are uniquely good at rationalizing low usage.
"They just don't know about it yet."
"We need to market it better."
"It's a long term play."
Sometimes that's true.
But sometimes the feature just didn't matter to anyone except the person who built it.
