What do think about collaboration on browser?

I wanted to get your thoughts on this idea 👇

Figma like comments & collaboration, but for any website.

People copy/paste links into Slack, WhatsApp, or other communication tools to discuss and share thoughts/ideas. If it's about some specific part of a page, people take screenshots and share them across such apps. However, it's usually part of multiple conversations (despite having a separate channel/group); therefore, the context is lost in just a few days.

Imagine you can comment on any website and tag team members to collaborate then & there or in async: for inspiration, feedback, review, or anything else through a simple chrome extension.

Later, when you visit such a website, you will get the complete context with all the previous notes and conversations. Plus, you can comment on exact text/images/elements for deeper conversations.

You can also search across all these comments, including actual page content, whenever you want to refer back using a web dashboard or fire up a command bar using a keyboard shortcut.

Some use cases:

• Sharing feedback with clients or between teams (QA/Product/Design/Marketing)
• Researching a specific idea/topic
• With integrations, you can create a Jira ticket, Trello board, etc., from the browser.
• Can also be used for personal productivity

What do you think? Would you use one such tool? If yes, why, and if no, why not?
