One of the biggest obstacles to starting a business, or venturing out to do a startup is figuring out what you will do for healthcare.
I would love to know how you factor healthcare into your business plans, what you do, do you go without?
This is what my team and I are working to solve: Making healthcare more affordable and accessible by providing more options to not only startups but all people who need affordable healthcare.
We are launching a site very soon. We are taking note of the growing healthcare Direct Primary Care movement, and Direct Pricing options. Tell us how a subscription to a primary care doctor could help you?
Also, we found a gem of a company. Total disclosure, they are a partner: Meet Green Imaging; affordable MRI's, ultrasounds, xrays, etc. They have the coolest business model; they buy unused time on machines and resell it for a fraction of the cost. The result? You get the healthcare you need at the price you can afford. We tell everyone about them, as they are expanding rapidly and truly want to help people: https://greenimaging.net/
So please give us your feedback.
What do you do for healthcare?
What do you need?
How could we help you have more options?
Hello Megan,
as healthcare differs a lot between countries I assume your question is US-specific?
That's very interesting! But still - I assume those machines are US-based only?
Yes, this is a US-based company. The model is amazing as it significantly lowers the cost for those that are uninsured or need to meet their deductible to have an MRI, or those whose plans do not cover MRI's.
