What do you do with Ghost Referrers in Google Analytics?

My side-project started to receive 20+ sessions from different Ghost Referrers every day in Google Analytics and it is messing up my daily traffic source stats. How do you guys handle this problem? Do you filter them out somehow or just ignore them?
