What do you find annoying about newsletters?

As a sub:

1. Too many newsletters (will always be a prob)
2. Not concise enough

As a writer:

1. Legit posts getting sent to spam
2. Getting open rates up
3. Publicising the newsletter

As a subscriber, I have 2 issues.

1. spam & random emails and announcements: if everyday I get 100 emails and lets say I have 5-10 good emails from newsletters I care about. then by the time I go through my emails and filter them out I have no energy to read a most of them.
2. There is a lot for good content out there and it's overwhelming, I need to be super picky with what newsletter I subscribe to.
