What do you look at in Google Analytics?

I'm long time lurker, first time poster. And this question is related to a product I'm building (and should go public with already...)

So: what are you looking at in Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools? What charts and what data is important for you? What you need to have at a glance, and what else you want to be able to find?
