What do you look for in an issue tracker in 2020?
I'm currently working on an issue tracker built with non-technical people in mind.
We've found that a lot of issue trackers ignore the fact that a lot teams (especially smaller startups) include non-technical people so we're building Grapple - grapplehq.com

I've been working on Portabella so we're competitors, but nice to know what else is out there.
I've definitely got a lot of work to do design wise.
Thanks! One of our issues with issue trackers is they tend to neglect design which seems odd when people spend so much time in them - it does help having a designer on the team though lol
