What do you miss about women-oriented communities?
I actively belong to a few cool women-oriented communities and I think the talks are amazing and the feeling of belonging too, but I miss sometimes the drive to network, collaborate, share knowledge and build meaningful relationships among the members, just like the men- dominated communities do it.
Do you share the same feeling? Maybe you have different feedback?

Are there any obvious signals are you looking at in men-dominated communities - like number of comments/interactions/dm requests - or is it more of a general trend you've picked up on?
Hi Zoe! Thanks for replying! My impression is that men are keener on sharing experiences and learning from each other, at least in the tech space. For women, it seems like a lot of us want to belong in some community and we like to listen to others but when it comes to the interactions, real networking, or collaborating on something, that doesn't go so well.
Hey Aleks, no problems. I do get that sense as well, but I think I just assume female communities are thriving beneath the surface and I just can't see it, or am yet to be involved.
