Hi,
I would like to find out what do you think about my product (https://www.plummapp.com)? It could be really helpful product for indie hackers who have few products live and want to support customers for all these products in single place.
Would you use it yourself? If yes, then why? If no, then why? What would you need in this product to be maximally interesting for you?
What do you think?
Work better with UX.
What exactly is not done right for you? And do you mean UX of landing page or UX of product?
Landingpage looks great. Product UX... It looks like... ancient product. Do you understand what I'm talking about?
You mean chat widget or dashboard?
Quick feedback:
Ok, thanks, good advice! Currently I will stick with "plummapp.com", but maybe in future I will change, thanks for your thoughts
Or plumm.app
Hi! From the first look at the website, I was not sure what is use case for this product.
Where can I use these group emails?
Hi! Thanks for your response! Maybe I do not understand your question, but you can use this group email inside Plumm, so inside this app.
BTW. I have changed landing page a bit
I have no need for this service. I don't need a chat box on my site because I don't want to answer customer inquires in real time:-)
What is unique about your product compared to your competitors? Are you solving real problems that your target audience have that are not addressed by your competitors? If so, you should have a number of testimonials from those users, right?
your chat bot box popped up over your marketing text - I would rethink the positioning of the box and put it in the lower right hand corner of the screen.
Some feedback on the landing page:
products or websites'. This needs to be more concise. 'Single collaborative customer support dashboard for all of your products'.
Great advice! Thanks!
BTW. I am not native language speaker, if you see any mistakes please tell me
Mobile apps a must, but idea is cool.
Is it like intercom and kayak? Not sure why we need one more user chat widget... sorry if I understood your product wrong.
I'm struggling to understand what your product actually does even after reading the initial paragraph on your website.
If it's live chat or ticketing software with some unique twist for companies that have multiple sites, you really need to make that clearer. And most importantly, what problem it solves.
I changed landing a bit and copy, maybe try checking it now and tell me if it is better
Neat idea, and there will definitely be people in your target market. As stated elsewhere, you need to make sure that you are a better solution for them than managing multiple accounts in other products, so I would speak to that heavily in your marketing copy.
In point of fact, you'll probably want to have someone take a look at all your marketing copy, since there are a few mistakes in there that creep in from (what I'm guessing) not being a native English speaker. No shame in that! But maybe look on fiverr or somewhere similar for someone to do a proofread for you, or if you can spend a bit more, some proper copy work.
I took a quick stab at one paragraph for example:
"Plumm is single shared inbox for your many support email and live chat conversations coming from multiple products or websites. If it's an email sent to you@yourfirstapp.com or a chat request from yoursecondapp.com, it all goes into the same Plumm inbox."
That second sentence may not even be necessary, but a good copywriter will be able to work magic here.
Thank you, good points, problem may be to find good copy writer. I like your sentence for first paragraph and I will use it :)
Clearly you don't need to validate the idea, because there are tons of products in the space and companies pay for it.
So now it is just about whether you provide better value for money... (I don't need this software now so I am not evaluating).
Do you see any specific feature which might be missing?
I didn't investigate it. As I said, I don't need such product now.
I think it looks good. I agree with @DmitryV, at first I thought this created a sales@plummapp that I'd have to use.
I think the oval profile images on the dashboard, here: https://www.plummapp.com/static/images/dashboard.png
The oval makes them look stretched or incorrect aspect ratio. Mostly because people expect circular profile images.
Finally, it still says copyright 2019.
I hope that helps,
Ok, I see your point. I have changed copy a bit, improved profile images and copyrights. Would you consider using this product? If not, then why?
Unfortunately no, because my company email is hosted by Zoho, which has built-in sharing/collaboration. And Lakebed is a bit unique as its not a SaaS, it's self-hosted server software.
