What do you think about my product? (feedback needed)

I would like to find out what do you think about my product: https://www.plummapp.com Do you think that product has enough features, or do you think that it needs something additional to be interesting for customers? Would you use it? If not, why?

I like the idea. More and more business's are doing support over instant messaging.
I've bookmarked your site for if I manage to get one of my idea's off the ground.
In my case, I imagine my team will end up just being me or a very small group of individuals.
So with that in mind I can't be at the computer 24/7 so a nice feature I would imagine (if it doesn't exist already) would be to set active hours (ex: 7am-5pm, Monday-Friday).
So when a customer wants to talk with support on my site. They can clearly see on the IM element whether or not support is active. If an administrator could set that from the dashboard that would be very appealing.
