What do you think about OpenPhone.co?

Would love some feedback on the current landing page that we're using for OpenPhone.

We've been using it for a while and performs ok. I'd love to to create a new version based on your feedback. :)

The goal is to get an OpenPhone business phone number.

Page: www.openphone.co

  1. Does the page effectively communicate the value of OpenPhone for founders?
  2. Does it convince you to get an OpenPhone number?
  3. Which parts of the page didn't sound true or appeal to you?
  4. Did anything stand out as confusing?

Thanks so much!

I would rework the headline, the subheadline works better in your case.
    i.e. :

    • H1: Stop giving away your private phone number to strangers
    • H2: Create a new phone number with 1 tap. Share it with anyone while keeping your own personal number safe. Have as many numbers as you want with Unlimited text, Voice, mms from within one beautiful app.

    Also:

Put a link to the app, always helps!

Thanks for coming to us for feedback, Daryna! This landing page is slick. There are a lot of value props all over the place. Looks like your app delivers and people like it. <-First impression thoughts.

Here're my thoughts based on your questions:

    1. Does the page effectively communicate the value of OpenPhone for founders?

Yes! But, perhaps not succinctly enough. There's a lot. I'm curious about what's the most compelling value offer to founders. I'm not sure having a business phone number in an app hits it. Google Voice offers this. But Google Voice was clanky. You know what stood out the most to me? "#1 Business phone app". Perhaps because it's simple and folds in all of the value that having a separate business phone would entail. I mean, let's be honest, if we could have a completely separate cell phone for business that didn't take up any additional physical space I think we would. We want it separate. But that's not practical.

    1. Does it convince you to get an OpenPhone number?

If I was in the market, yes. I think I would try it for free.

    1. Which parts of the page didn't sound true or appeal to you?

"Choose your perfect phone number." The reality is that there is a limited list. I know that. I don't think this part needs it's own section.

"Fanatical customer support." While I think this is important, I'm not sure it would influence my decision to try OpenPhone during this first encounter with a landing page. I think you do a better job at "showing" this instead of "telling" by having the intercom integration which I liked!

    1. Did anything stand out as confusing?

I don't think so! Everything was pretty clear and comprehensive.
