What do you think about pitching in-store?

I have been looking into different ways of marketing and my tight budget isn't giving a lot of results when marketing through services like Google Ads or Facebook Ads. I have created an unlimited graphic design service and I came up with the idea of physically going to different stores and pitching my business that way.

I was thinking of handing out laminated A4 flyers, putting on a suit, and just going from store to store pitching to the business owner/manager if there is one on-site.

Does this sound like a viable option?
