What do you think about usage-based pricing for a SAAS?

It seems like the future of SAAS pricing could be usage-based.

Of course, depending of the product, usage-based pricing might not be the best solution.

But as more and more SAAS adopt this kind of pricing, what are you thought about it ? Bullish or bearish ?
