Do you think it is worth to offer a one-payment-lifetime-access deal at AppSumo for a post-launch early stage product?

It's all about evaluating if there's something you really need. There have been a few deals on AppSumo that were simply amazing, but a lot of them you can live perfectly fine without

Ahh, that changes things entirely. I think it can make sense if you need a little boost getting early users. They will almost certainly be engaged with your product and want it to improve since they are buying it with a higher up-front cost and the intention of using it for a long time
I bought several product deals from them. While the deals where good values, some of the products where discontinued, some kept name branding instead of being white-labeled, etc. I've seen better software, which I still use, at stacksocial.com/collections/software
