What do you think of FAQs? Genius or laziness?
What do you think of FAQs? Do you think they are a great way of organizing information for this use case? Do you think it's a lazy way out used by people who don't want to put thought into how to make good copy, layout and design on landing and product pages?
I don't think its mutually exclusive. FAQs are an effective way to communicate answers to specific questions. They're a great complement to longer narrative style copy.
Good point! I just feel like people abuse them sometimes...
Combining your customer's questions as FAQ will help present your product as Structured and Reliable.
