What do you think of my first android app!
Hey hackers,
I'm a long time lurker, but I wanted to share this with you.
The idea came to me as I was trying to crop images to a 4:5 aspect ratio (to maximize vertical footprint on Instagram) and I had to do the math every time to figure out the pixel dimensions, so I lunched a tiny app to help crop images in 4:5.

I'm probably not your target demographic (rarely use insta), but knowing the space a bit from my days in content marketing...
Who is your target market for this app?
If it's agencies, you may find they already have tons of automated process for publishing.
If it's influencers/power users I feel like your promotional language is too technical, for example:
"Crop your images to a 4 by 5 aspect ratio to maximize vertical space and engagement on Insta."
Maybe something more like:
"Square is soooo last Insta. Take the whole screen, your pictures deserve. 4 by 5 aspect cropping, for more screen and more <3's"<insert emoji as apporpriate>
I also found the explainer images a little bland. I'm not sure how Google Play works for this, but I'd love to see a comparison side by side of your 4:5 images taking up more screen than square ones.
